On 5/20/24, I purchased a "The Cl;ear" all in one vape. After using the item for less than 1 day, it stopped working and is unusable. As it worked, I had discarded the physical receipt. I contacted Elevated Roots to request a return or an exchange and they refused. The reason given was the lack of paper receipt, but they have confirmed that they are able to verify the purchase in their computer system. I believe that their failure to offer an exchange or refund is unfair. I am now out approximately $50 (including tax) for an item that is not usable. At this point I am seeking a refund because I do not believe they are fair and I do not trust that their products will work.,Business response
