      I purchased my vehicle in December of 2023 from Affordable Motor Group in **********, **. I purchased a three year warranty on the vehicle that cost $1,800. As I began to have issues with the car their mechanic had told me that they do not have the proper resources to fix my car with the concerns it was having. At this point I saw no need for a warranty since they couldnt fix any of the problems my car was having. The man named ***** stated in text that he would cancel my warranty on March 25, 2024. I received a letter in the mail three days later that I will attach to this statement regarding the confirmation of the cancellation of the warranty. Since then I have not received a refund nor deduction from my total loan balance. The $1,800 for the warranty has not been deducted from my loan even though I have the cancellation papers that have been confirmed. I would like to receive either a deduction from my total loan balance as what was stated by ***** or a refund.

      Customer came in complaining that her check engine light was on, and we addressed her issue by replacement of a small filter. She then came back when she was out of the 30 day warranty period with a "check engine light" on again. We brought into our shop and it was a very quick repair for something different, at no charge, with not even the $100 deductible charged to her. Customer called months later asking about service and was told that she has an extended warranty that can be used at any local facility at her choice to make it easier for her. We received a call stating she wanted to cancel her warranty, and, never heard from customer again. This "check engine light" issue was during a 3 or 4 month period, and, we we nothing but accommodating and personable to her every time, again, never charging a deductible or any monies for any time in service during, or after the 30 day limited Ma warranty period. We appreciate our customers, and we appreciate the referral business over the years from addressing our customers needs. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Ive called this dealership numerous times after I had canceled the extended warranty and I have also texted the owner about the canceled warranty for my refund and received no response. I am looking for my refund for the extended warranty that I had purchased which was for three years or ****** miles stated on the purchase and sale contract. The extended warranty was for the amount of $1,811. I will attach that document to this message as well. I purchased the vehicle in December 2023 and cancelled my extended warranty in March of 2024. In message the owner responded to my cancellation and stated that the payments would be deducted from the remaining total balance on my loan. It has been three months since that cancellation and I have not received a refund or deduction to my remaining balance on my loan. I am not asking for a statement from them. Im asking for a refund or the deduction from my loan as was stated, before I have to bring legal action into it.

      We will process the cancellation of her extended service plan as requested, and, customer will be notified. We will pull the deal and contact the warranty company used, and, start the process as soon as possible for her. The **************** pro-rates as I am sure you are aware of, and, I believe the monies will come off the end of her loan, since she pays monthly and did not pay for the warranty separately with other means. Thank you.

      The extended warranty for my car was previously canceled and processed already on March 25, 2024. I dont understand what they mean about processing the cancellation again? I have the paperwork for the cancellation. I wanted a response about the deduction from my total loan balance and an estimate of how long it will take before I see the deduction from my loan. They stated this already in message back in March and no deductions from my loan have been made. Please let me know what else I can do. Thank you

      My extended warranty has already been cancelled. It was processed on March 25, ******************************************************** the mail. Since then I have not received the deduction from my loan. I would like to know when the estimated time it takes for it to come off of the loan. Thank you
