      I decided to go to another dentist. I told them I had gone to Aspen Dental for a root canal and a crown. My new dentist said there was no root canal performed. I called Aspen Dental what my last procedure was. They verbally said "a root canal". The new Dentist said it was never done. Aspen dental had me fill out a form to get a loan for the procedure. I paid the loan in full. Now I find out they never performed the procedure that I paid for.I've contacted then on multiple occasions with no luck getting my records. They said they only keep records for seven years. My procedure was done 5 years ago. Now they're telling me their server crashed and are unable to retrieve my records. I'm a bit suspicious about them. I believe they made me pay for a procedure that was never done. I paid the loan back for seven thousand dollars and would like to get back what I deserve for a procedure that was never done.

      I don't understand why they claim to have done a root canal but cannot seem to find the records to prove my case.

      I have x-rays that prove a root canal was never performed on said tooth.

      I made an error in the amount for the loan I applied for through care credit. It was $1,200 not $7,000. ....my apologies.
