**** ****** matrix sold to me March 21st 2022. For $3600 Bought from JM auto without disclosure of major safety concerns with vehicle. The seller failed to disclose that the car was in a wreck and has a rebuilt title. Sold to me with no notice of having need frame work, and entire front end replaced. Mechanic has given an estimate of $1000 in repairs and seller refuses to take car back and or offer to fix every problem. The car did not pass inspection, and I was told this vehicle cannot be driven in the state it is.Seller also filed paperwork incorrectly stating that the car was purchased for less than agreed upon without disclosing to me.Business response

Good Afternoon, we have resolved the issue with ***************************** and have written out a check for the amount of Three Thousand and Six-hundrded dollars (*****) pay to the order of ***************************** on the day of May 2nd 2022 in hand. We have checked our bank and the check has been cashed by *****************************. We deeply regret the issue not being resolved sooner. Here is the copy of the check.
