I deposited money to this online casino and I won and now they don't want to pay me what i won. It's been 2 days and they keep all these reasons and excuses why they haven't paid me yetBusiness response

The complaint was about money being deposited into an online casino, and the failure of the online casino to pay money won.
We are very sorry this has happened. However, please know that we do not operate any online casinos or any type of online gambling site, so any money deposited into or won at an online casino would not have been deposited with or won from us.
We do operate a website that offers a comprehensive directory of casinos and other gambling facilities, and our directory does list over ***** land-based gambling facilities and over ***** online gambling facilities around the globe. So, the online casino where you gambled is almost certainly listed in that directory, which can be found at www.casinocity.com.
If you share the website where you gambled and won with us, then I will be happy to provide you with information we have for that casino, including any regulatory agency that would have licensed the casino. If the casino does not resolve the situation to your satisfaction, then complaining to the regulatory agency may work.
While we will do what we can to help, as outlined above, I kindly request that the complaint against our firm be withdrawn or not be associated with our business on the grounds that it is a complaint filed against the wrong company.
