I bought two bus tickets from *** to *** through *******, and due to some changes, I want to cancel the trip. When I visited the Wanderu website to cancel, it shows me that the tickets are able to be cancelled but I'll be charged with $9 fee. I accepted that but the website did not let me cancel it, and it took me to the carrier's page. ******* asked me to contact to Go Buses as it was the carrier. I made 6 phone calls and sent 5 emails to contact them, but no one answers. I just received a message from Wanderu that my tickets are non-refundable, which is conflicted with the information they provided with me earlier. I want to cancel the trip and get my money back, also asking them to change the service system.Initial Complaint

We took Bus **** we have experienced the utmost disrespect from the driver that I have ever seen. Upon sitting they told my son to buckle up which he did. And on our ride we go. Soon into the ride the driver began yelling and screaming very very loudly saying my son pushed the handicapped button which he did not, then looked at me while my son was in utter shock being screamed at for something he did not do and had the audacity to ask me if my son understood English. I cant seem to wrap my head around the ignorance we endured. My son then moved to another seat and the bus driver slammed on his breaks again and pulled over. He came barreling down and screamed at my son again just to see ***** was near the button at all. Not even an apology nothing. Being treated like this is absolutely insane. We have been nothing but respectful the entire ride and were treated like garbage. I am requesting a full refund for my bus back because i am not subjecting my son to this mistreatment again. For a grown adult to pick on a child like this is very very sad.Initial Complaint

Subject: Urgent: Unpleasant Experience on 08/09/2023 Trip - Immediate Resolution Needed Dear GoBuses Customer Service,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent GoBuses trip on August 9th, 2023, at 7:50 AM. During the journey, I encountered a significant inconvenience that I believe requires your immediate attention.Upon reaching ************, passengers, including myself, were asked to change buses without any explanation from the driver. Subsequently, the new driver instructed us to keep our seats from the previous bus. Unfortunately, this resulted in my seat being covered in engine soot, which soiled my clothes and bag.I have visual evidence of this incident in the form of pictures and videos. I am reaching out to request a prompt resolution to this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate:1. Compensation for the replacement costs of my clothes and bag.2. An explanation for the bus change and the subsequent instructions.3. Assurance of preventive measures to avoid such incidents in the future.I value my past experiences with GoBuses and hope we can resolve this issue swiftly. I write to you because on Monday morning I was waiting for my bus to go to ******** and he never came.I was in ************* to the *************************.I was there at ****am and the bus had to pass at 6.20am.As we didn't see him, we decided to wait for the next one ****am. He never came.Three other buses drivers are witness.And then we couldn't go anymore to ********.I ask two questions:- what is the reason the buses didn't pass?- can you refund me for the four tickets for Monday and yesterday (I could not go to ********). My two confirmation numbers are: ******* and 2326993.Two tickets $36 Two tickets $39 Waiting a favorable response *******************************
