Took the car in for an alignment and then an inspection sticker, after over an hr and a half of waiting the woman working there tells me i'm all set, so i pay for a 4 wheel alignment and an inspection sticker, driving home the alignment seemed off, parked it next day drove to ********* and while driving such a distance it gave me a better time to see it wasnt aligned correctly, so i called spoke to owner expressed how it wasnt correct, he said he would call me back, next day this morning i called spoke to him and he then tells me the tirod needs to be replaced thats why the alignment is off and tells me when i asked for a printed alignment paper of job done he said printer was down, why didnt they let me know of any of this before i left the garage? i had to drive it thinking it was all set when in fact it was not, then he said the back tires that were new were set-meaning all set didnt need to touch, but last year i had 4 new tires put on and his garage did the alignment also and after 1 year i had to replace both back tires as the steelbelt was coming through, im reaching out to get a refund and to maybe help them to change their ways of hiding things like this-poor business like. thank youCustomer response

$87.00 is the amount they charged me, but real reason is to warn others of the shady conduct of the staff and owner to cover up a mistake they made, too many trust in a garage to fix problems with autos as they have no clue in how to repair ones car themselves, so to be lied to and covered up and had i not contacted them would never been the wiser, a complaint to be read by others to be aware is really what im looking for.
