      Award-Guyes was contracted out by my son's high school, ********************************* to provide them with ***** school year football championship rings. My son ordered one and we paid for it in Sept/Oct of '22. The cost was around $180.00. I have reached out to the business to find out when we would be getting it, and they said until all of the rings that were ordered are paid for they will not ship them out. Unfortuntely, I can't control what others order and pay or not pay for. I have reached out to the school and they are working on it also. Award guyes will not respond to me or send me my son's ring even though I paid for it. We did not receieve any communication from the company about the payment or shipment of the rings. All the information was soley directed to the boys to pass along to their families. My son is graduating this year and will have limited to no contact with his high school coaches to see how this resolves. I am extremely disappointed in the way they conduct business since they are essential stealing money from families as well as holding what we ordered hostage.

      Hello- 

      *********************** HS Football did contract ********** to manufacture their Championship Rings and to date has not fulfilled their end of the agreement, which simply was to make sure the full balance is paid in full before we release the order. This is company policy for many years.

      We have been in business for over 30+ years and we service the *********** & Collegiate market with well rounded line of ********************.

      With our agreement that is detailed in multiple conversations, emails and text with the school and head coach.

      We set up a payment portal to help the coach to make it easier to collect the funds and have provided an update several times so they can track whom still has not paid.

      As agreed it was the schools responsibility to make sure we are paid in full before we released the order. 

      This had also been explained explained to this parent. 

      This issue needs to be addressed by the school as we have manufactured the rings as requested and on half the order has been paid for.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I understand the contract that was created for ********** but again the company has the ring I ordered and paid for.  I either want my money back or my ring.  My son is graduating from ********** next week and this ring was for his junior year.  So, I am sure that the ones that ordered it from that year has totally forgotten about it since parents did not receive any paperwork or reminders from the company that our son's ordered the ring, the cost and when the payment was due.

      Hello- 

      The contract was with the school ************************* Football and it was their obligation (************************* Football ********************* Head Coach) to inform all the players and coaches who ordered that everyone would need to pay before we Championship Award-Guys could release the entire order. This is due to the expense of a custom entire order and the short profit margin.

      We will reach out to the ********** again and see if they are going to fulfil the agreement with full payment and if not we will take further steps to collect via litigation. 

      We will let them know of this BBB situation and see if they want us to refund the funds for this ring which essentially they the school is still responsible for within our agreement of the manufacturing of their order.

      Please provide the address of where the refund would go assuming the School has us refund your portion of the payment towards their order.

      Just would like the ring or a full refund. It has gone in long enough. As the parent, I received no information on the payment plan, timeline or cost of the ring from the company. With other companies, I have always gotten mailings or emails regarding products and services.

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
