      Have been a customer many years, the customer service does nothing except make a note of it (complaints and needs of service). Then tells me its the dispatcher not scheduling me. They will have the supervisor call me. Didnt happen took 7 weeks for them to come out to troubleshoot and service lawn. Company service has gone down hill. Will discontinue for 2025.

      This has got to be the worst lawn company in the business. My yard was in better shape before they started their program. But what do they care they got their money

      If I could give TLC a no star I would. The last time they showed up to do a treatment, most of the time there was nothing coming out of the applicator while he was riding around my yard. My lawn looks as if I have a crabgrass farm. On August 8, 2024 I called for a crabgrass treatment. After calling 3 more times for the treatment, I have yet to see them. It is now Sept 7, 2024 and I have one of the worst looking lawns on my street. STAY AWAY FROM TLC!!!!

      Worst company ever! crabgrass galore.... late in on getting it destroyed...size of dinner plates.. made numerous calls to correct.. haven't seen anybody when they say they are going to come out...they ride around on their vehicles and miss corners and areas that need to be done...

      Dont Do It! You've heard the saying that you get what you pay for, right? That definitely applies to this company. I left my old lawn care service and tried TLC because it was cheaper. Well my neighbor across the street and next door did not. Despite the small amount of rain received, their lawns look great. Mine is terrible. It's green in some areas and a sort of hay colored in others. I have watered it between rain falls and it still isnt helping. So, I called to make my payment and to request my services be canceled. I was told by Kylie that the only way that I could cancel was to pay my balance of $184. I was furious! I told her that I had paid for all three service calls so how did I have a balance. She then tells me that since Im on an installment plan I havent fully paid for my service. I had no idea thats how it works. She said my last treatment would be in September or October but my last payment due would be in November.I asked her if I would automatically be enrolled for next year and she said yes. I told her that I DO NOT want them to ever treat my lawn again. She said she would make a note of that on my account. Please be aware of the shady practices of this company. I even received a letter from them for a payment due and at the bottom they basically threatened me with legal action.I honestly wished I had read the reviews on the BBBs website before trying this company.Im just sorry that I have to suffer with a mediocre lawn the rest of the year!

      i signed up for service in March 2024 my first service did not happen until May 2024 missed time for dandelion application so next application was suppose to be be 6-8 weeks during the 7th week i received a call saying the would be out the next day that never happen the called rescheduled for the next never happen this went on for a week they kept on rescheduling for the next day so i am fed up i called and had to leave a message that i wanted to cancel my service and get a refund for my balance of unused service as of right now i am waiting for a response to see if i have to do and further action for my refund

      This was not my first year with this company and they do automatic renewal. I have not been happy with the lawn care provided by TLC the Lawn Company. It's embarrassing that I pay good money and my lawn looks like it is neglected. Not a good example for others who notice the yard. We have several beautiful flower beds and they especially look good with the brown lawn! Called home office to pay bill and cancel service and actually was charged extra to cancel. The employee offered no suggestions or solutions and I asked about a follow up to the service that was done last week when it was the hottest weather and was told I wouldn't get any FREE service. I didn't want free just what I've paid for. I'm done with this company and just wanted to put this out there for others to review.

      Worst Lawncare company I ever had. Despite Multiple lawn Applications lawn condition continues to deteriorate. Very poor customer Service. Late Summer lawn was full of crab grass. When called to address the issue was told weather this year is not good for Lawn. When called to cancel contact and paying for two Applications received another bill for cancellation of contact though it was never mentioned anywhere in contact. Beware of this company.

      First day receiving service, the technician came and brought his riding vehicle out and went in the backyard. He then got off and looked on the yard seconds later got back on his vehicle and drove to the front and put it back on his van. Never not once spraying chemicals. I have 2 cameras one in the front and one in the back. I went through this same BS with True Green. Im not gonna do it with a new company the first time around. If I could give a negative star I would. Its not totally on the company its more so the employee whom I have every right to put him on blast!! The consumer deserves better!!! Everyone cuts corners but, this is ridiculous

      I have written 3 letters to TLC: The Lawn Company telling them that I am not satisfied with their service and am cancelling my account. I did re-instate them one time, but cancelled. I wrote them on 11/23/23, 3/26/24 and today 4/10/24. Despite my previous letters, they sent their technician on 3/13/24 to service my lawn a service I did not request, because I had cancelled them in my previous letters; therefore, I will not pay. Plus, TLC sent me payment coupons which I am returning to them. I have not been satisfied with their service for a very long time; however, I continued in hopes that I would eventually experience the beautiful grass which TLC stated would be the result of their services. In putting in weed killer, they killed the weeds and my grass more than several times. I have had their rep come out to view the situation. When they aerate and re-seed, I do not get results.
