  I purchased an Intex blowup pool easy set. I looked online for somebody to help me set it up. Ryan D******** was the first one that responded. I set an appointment for the next day which was May 31,2023 11:00 am. . I informed him that the area was not level and that would have to be adjusted. I brought it up three times he said “oh it should be all right.” So after two hours he left. The pool was now filling up. I told him two hours later that it did not look like the pool was filling up evenly. He told me to send him some pictures which I did. By four hours later the pool was definitely not filling up evenly. I sent him more pictures and he said it seems like it’s fine. I said it doesn’t look right. He said the soonest he could get to it would be Monday or Wednesday of the following week. June 5 or 7. The next day I sent him a picture that the pool had completely emptied. The pool filled up as an oval. The pool I purchased is round 15 x 48 . As I mentioned the next day the pool was completely empty. the grounds around it were washed away along with a portion of my driveway. His work completely failed. He didn’t wanna take care of it right away which could’ve ended the problem. He only said that he could maybe come back next week Monday or Wednesday. It was too late then. So now my grounds were washed away and left big holes and a portion of my driveway washed away because of the amount of water. I would like my $100 back. I would also like damages from the pool emptying which is causing me to have to buy some fill for the land and to fix my driveway. I am seeking 200$ for the damages. Plus the 100$ that I paid him in cash. Sincerely, Barbara Hurton

     I offered to reason with the customer and suggest moving it to a different area after the cause and she responded with if fine just know for next time. 
  
    I live 30 minutes from her place i was busy with other clients too she wanted me to go there right then and there to fix it I told her a couple day I could come up and fix it and put it in a different spot but she insisted not bothering to come

  I just want to make amends here what can I do to help you I can give you your money back  I don’t want anymore problems I have it for you plan a time this week to give it back
