      My friend has a policy home and Auto about 10 years With ***************** ******************************************************* Arbella is the insurance . The girl told me I would get a call next morning I never did. My friend called back told them about the first person he got the run around and asked for the owner. He was hung up on! He called back the owner was on the phone. **** finally called I spoke to him got a auto quote I said I'll be there tomorrow with the money for the year. The next day **** called my friend not me and said he didn't like his attitude so I can't get insurance with them! It has nothing to do with me. **** had my e- mail and number but he called my friend. So they lost a paying customer. I did nothing wrong my driving is good I can believe this! My friend never filed a claim with auto or home it was just his attitude? He got hung up on what and I still need my car on the road

      I gave a score of two only for customer service; at times they are helpful and nice. Besides that, the company is awful. I cancelled my home and auto insurance a month before renewal. They sent me a bill for the remaining portion of the insurance even though I had paid in full for the year. If anything, they should owe me money for the month when I'm no longer covered by them. Not only do they keep the money for that month, but they also want more money. If you are 50 or older, check out AARP auto and home insurance. I was surprised by how much I saved with the exact same coverage. I saved over $1000 on both policies combined, which is what I am paying for one policy from Arbella. They are just terrible.

      A very unprofessional and apathetic company that could care less about people. I'm being forced to change a home owner's policy because my mother passed away. Even though the house will be sold in a matter of months, they're making us create a new policy for myself and my siblings to be able to sell the house. Called back the day I found out about this, after I was told how quick and easy this process would be. It was Friday afternoon and the person I was told to ask for had gone home for the day. I requested that I please be called back first thing Monday morning, and was told no problem. Of course, the call never came, and now a day is lost because this person is to busy to speak with me now. All this and having to wait endlessly on hold just for the privilege of being blown off. Super unprofessional, and one of worst customer ********************** experiences that I've ever had. No respect for people's needs or time.

      My name is *****************************, and I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the handling of my claim and the treatment I have received from your adjuster, *****************************, and her manager, *******. In early December 2023, I allowed a friend to borrow my **** F350 to pick up his newly purchased camper. Unfortunately, during the transportation, the camper fell, causing damage to my truck. I was assured by my friend that he would take full responsibility, and he promptly filed a claim with Arbella Insurance. Several days later,I received letters from *****************************, who requested information about the incident. I promptly filled out the report and submitted it back to her. It has been two months since the incident, and I have not received any updates or communication from ****** regarding the status of my claim. Upon reaching out to ****** at the beginning of January, I discovered that she was out of the office until January 15th. As of January 29th, I have still not heard anything from her. When I did manage to contact her, she displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Her questioning was doubting and accusatory, and she was rude and disrespectful throughout our conversation. Despite the challenges I faced with *****************************, I reached out to her manager, *******, hoping for a more positive resolution. Unfortunately, *******'s response was equally disappointing. She, too, was rude, making the situation even more disheartening. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I empathize with that. However, I believe it is unacceptable for your employees to take their frustrations out on customers. As someone who is not an Arbella Insurance customer, I did not expect to be treated in such a manner. My primary concern is getting my truck repaired, as it has been two months since the incident, and I am left with a broken vehicle. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter.       If I could give no stars I would ,they destroyed my reputation and was very racist towards me and had me blackballed on certain insurance company because I live in ********. ******** is filled with minorities and they are very racist towards you ,they ask about where you live and they have things in your file about your nationally. They blame me for certain situations and even though Im not to blame. If you have a good license and live in ******** be careful they are very discrimination towards you if you are black and brown.

      I didn't want to renew my renter insurance when the policy ended on 11/23/22. They sent a cancelation notice dated 12/4/22 saying the cancelation was effective 12/27 for non payment. Today I get a bill for $40 because they want payment from 11/23 thru 12/27. I called customer service and they said I had to call the agent back when the notice was issued to cancel because Arbella automatically renews their policies. I stated no where did it said I had to call when you don't pay for something you're not expecting anything from them. I asked them to cancel the policy and forgive the $40 because I wasn't aware of their policy practices and they said no they wouldn't so they can take me to court and waste their money trying to get money I don't have. ************

      Horrible customer service just awful. Been told I was going to receive calls back multiple times, no returned emails, treating me (the Custumer) like garbage and being just plain rude all because I refused to give in to their silly silly low offer to repair my vehicle with aftermarket parts, being I was found 0% at fault and my car should be repaired. And even when I gave up and said to give me the money from the estimate they wrote up I get zero response and zero respect **** would not recommend

      As others have explained. No one answers calls. They even removed their page for reviews on ******* Do not get insurance from Arbella ever. You are better off with a company you've never heard of. 4 months for a basic claim that was resolved with geico in 10 days. Jooooooke of a company.

      I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers over 3 weeks ago. I filed an online, third-party claim the day after the accident, then nothing. I called for an update two days after filing and was given the name of an adjuster. I reached out to the person, no returned phone calls, no returned emails. I sent a detailed estimate of the damage, no response. They sent me a hard copy claim information form that I filled out immediately and sent back with a copy of the police report citing their driver. No response. I've called and emailed and requested updates, no response. Am now moving into litigation against them.

      Hotrible customer service. Our claims adjuster never returned phone calls or emails. This dragged on for over six weeks. We had no idea what was happening with our claim. Ended up eacalating to her supervisor who was more accessible but not much more (took an average of leaving three or four messages over the couse of a week before hed return calls).Do not recommend. Go anywhwre else.
