      On March 23, 2024 I ordered an African women's jumpsuit print x11547. I received an email stating that my order was confirmed. My order number is AI33511. I have not heard anything from the company and have sent several emails requesting an update. I have also called the number listed. No answer.

      I purchased two items from this website on February 10, 2024 and have not received them as of April 19, 2024. Ive emailed several times and tried to reach out via the chat feature on their website to no avail. At this point I dont even want the items I just want my money refunded. My order number is #AI3335.

      Purchased dress from Afrinispiration.com (item X12010 sz XL) on JANUARY 24, 2023 Order #AI3127. Feb 18 email sent saying shipment was on its way. ***** arrived FEB 27 and was too big. Sent email same day inquiring about return/exchange. No reply. Sent another email March 1 still no answer. Tried phone number on website no answer, no voicemail. Called AMEX, too late for their resolution process, but they had a different phone number. Called new number on MARCH 4 and got a person. Explained the dress didn't fit and was too big. Requested a smaller size, verified measurements, and was issued a return label immediately after the call. Packaged the and mailed the dress the next day. APR 18- Sent email asking about the status of my return and the new dress. No response. JUNE 11 - Sent 2nd message inquiring about the exchange. Business messaged back same day " Let us get back to you as soon as possible." I emailed the third and final time on JUNE 24 asking "Any update on this?". Three and I'm done. This dress even if it IS custom made should not be a 7 month long ordeal. I need my $107.98 refunded. They have my payment and now the dress I returned for an exchange. I don't want the new dress at this point just an expedited refund.

      I placed an order on the website www.afrinspiration.com (Order No. #AI3192) on March 14, 2023 - Africa print reversible jacket blazer suit for men Y10887 and paid $158.36 which was charged to my credit card. I received an email on 3/19/23, claiming my order had been shipped. After several days of waiting for the delivery, I called the number provided ***********) and the seller claimed the shipment information was sent in error and that my order hadn't actually shipped but would ship within the next few days. After about another week or so of waiting, I called again but got no response. I sent email to ***************************** but did not get a response. It's now about a month since I placed this order and the items were never delivered. I requested a cancellation and a refund via the website, email, and phone number listed. There still has not been a response. The seller has gone incommunicado, yet charged my credit card but did not send any item.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I contacted my credit card companay who is also attempting to resolve the problem and have issued a temporary refund pending reaching the business.

      We would like to begin by apologizing for the non-delivery of the customer's order, which was due to a technical challenge with our server. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.We want to assure you that we take our customer service very seriously and we have resolved this issue by refunding the customer for the full payment through PayPal on April 21, 2023. We have also taken steps to prevent such technical challenges from happening again in the future.
      We value our customers and their satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. While a refund may have been issued, it should be noted that this businesss is not trustworthy. The only opporutnity I got to speak with them, I was told there was a delay because my order had to be custom-made, not because of a server issue. After that, my calls, text messages, and emails were deliberately ignored. There is  no "customer service". It appears to be a one-man fraudulent operation.

      I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
