I ordered a residential oil tank and received the Sales Order SXXXXXXX. I received the tank on Oct 20. When it arrived i noticed that the tank was damaged. After speaking with Matthew M******** he issue an RMA XXXXXX to return the tank. Since then my calls and emails have not been returned. I paid 1331.98 I am requesting that the company return my money asap. It has been many days since they have contacted me back. 200.00 of that 1331.98 was for shipping. since the tank is still sitting on my front sidewalk right in front of my house i request my shipping cost back also. I have left many messages on the corporate number with no return phone calls.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/22) */ Mr. ********* ordered an oil tank from us which was delivered in a timely fashion. His initial complaint and request to return was due to the trucking company allegedly leaving the tank on his "front lawn". I requested pictures from Mr. ********* and that turned out to be not truthful, it was on his front walkway. Evidence of this is in his complaint. He says it is on his front walkway but also claimed to me that he has back problems and has no way of moving the tank. The tank rests where it was delivered. Mr. ********* was upset that the driver did not bring the tank around back to his back door. Freight delivery drivers are only responsible for safely unloading the product and getting it out of the roadway. The driver brought the tank to his front walkway as a courtesy. They would never attempt to move a 300lb oil tank on grass with a pallet jack. After this initial complaint he came up with other reasons for returning the tank, couldn't get one of the caps off, scratches on the tank from the strapping, etc. There was no damage to the tank. Mr. ********* was told he could return the tank but that he was responsible for return shipping. As of 11/22/21 we have not received the tank, nor the accessories, back. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/12/03) */ Sorry I have not responded, I had a death in immediate family from Covid. I was under the impression that I was responsible for cost of return shipping not actual return. I sent no less that 8 emails after I received the RMA number and the Sales Dept never indicated I had to arrange shipping. I will just keep the tank and sell, it's apparent this Company makes it as difficult ultimately so Customer gets discouraged. I plan on sharing experience. We both own responsibility for the problems. What a scam
