Back in September of 2021 I refinance my house with the Springfield credit union, since none of payments are being reported to any of the 3 credit bureaus agencies and my credit is affected by this , I have called and emailed the credit union with no solution to my problem

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/25) */ Contact Name and Title: ******** S****** Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ********@grscu.org The Credit Union had been trying to assist Mrs. ********* with the reporting issue. I took me a bit to respond because I needed to contact the employee who had been handling it who is not retired. The Credit Union is reporting Mrs. ********* correctly. The issue is on *********** end it just happens that there are numerous SSN associated with her on her credit report so from what I understood from Experian it can be an issue for her when it comes to reporting, she should have them corrected. In the meantime I worked with ******** directly to see if we could get her reporting for us corrected. This took some time but as of today she is reporting correctly for us. I contacted ******** and there was no information about my mortgage in their system, thank you for updating
