I opened an account with Stoneham bank about 2 months ago. I specifically requested they not send me any mail to my address because of privacy concerns. Two letters with my information have been delivered to delivered to my house. If this is not correct place for assistance with this problem please refer me to where I can go for assistance.******************************* *******************Business response

While our records indicate you elected to not receive mail from the Bank, Branch staff typically send thank you cards to customers to show the Banks appreciation for a person/business becoming a customer.
