      I initially purchased a five piece bedroom set from Boston Interiors in August of 2022 (I believe- there were multiple deliveries so hard to track). Since that time, I had reached out in regard to the lack of quality of all five products. They were delivered damaged. Making a VERY long story short, I ended up needing to have this set delivered three different times, twice for the bedframe as that had a separate wait. It held up my being able to settle into my new home for months. I was gaslight the entire way telling me that they just couldnt deliver a bedroom set in the condition I was expecting. Well I ordered a new five piece bedroom set, I was expecting it in NEW condition. Not asking a lot. They claim they have never had complaints about this set. I can tell you even after the third delivery and several attempts to come and patch work fixes- the set is still not right, the center part of the bedframe keeps falling off, there are dings/scratches on all five pieces, it still smells like it is offgassing, and the insides of the drawers peel off onto my clothes stored inside. Completely unhappy with this purchase, I had to put in so much time and energy into making it right and it is still not right. This is my first and last experience with BI and I can safely tell you I will never purchase here again. Poor customer service- in fact insulting and infuriating customer service. A new set should be just that, NEW!!! Not only that, it should be delivered stress free.

      Boston Interiors has tried to resolve the issues ***************** is having with her bedroom set.  The case goods she purchased have been exchange 3 time and we have exchanged the bed once. She has received multiple discount and was offered to return her complete order for a full refund. We also sent two different technicians out to her home to touch up all the case pieces, Tech was in her home for almost 2 hours and she still didn't look how the case pieces looked. At this time the offer is still open for her  to return her complete order and receive a full refund.

      This is still unacceptable as Ive been going back and forth with your team being told Im crazy for being upset that this set has not arrived in new condition. I should not have to have had three deliveries and two tech visits only to have it STILL not be right. As a business, you should be ashamed. I dont have the time to keep taking time off of work to deal with your low quality products. This is utterly insane and unacceptable. Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.       If ***************** is still unhappy with the furniture she received Boston Interiors will pick up all bedroom pieces and give ***** a full refund. ***** has been offered this option multiple times. She also received a very large discount for the issues she has had with the bedroom pieces. ***** can contact ** at ************ and we can make arraignments to pickup all bedroom pieces and we will then process her refund.
