I signed 2 contracts with this HVAC Business for repair one heating propane furnace and for replacement of another heating propane furnace. The contractor misled me that all the work was carried out properly and got payment. Now, the contractor is believed not to get work permits from town construction authorities. The Town website treats this activity unlawful. All my numerous requests to provide his gas/plumbing license, permits, and the documentation on the purchasing the appliances and replacement parts were ignored. There is no reply and no response from the Business. The results of the business activity are the following.(1) the safety of the heating propane appliances is uncertain. That *** involve some health or injury risk for home residents.(2) the property is jeopardized from the legal point of view.(3) failure to provide the gas/plumbing license voids the appliance manufacturer's warranty.(4) failure to provide the purchasing documentation suspends a rebate on the appliance.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The town inspector authority confirmed the business did not pull any permits for the work carried out. ************* ************************************************** (*****) confirmed the business does not have the gas fitter's license required for the work, the work was done illegally, and advised to file a complaint. As well, the business website carries marking "A+" rating of Accredited Business, while it is not accredited.
