The *apparent* date of transaction was January 6th, 2022. I received a **** for 301.00$ for a 53 minute Telehealth appointment that I never took part in. I am not even a patient or client of this mental health service. I used them 10 plus years ago when I was a teenager. I am now 27 years of age and I do not use this service. I received the **** this week (March 7th, 2022) and it was due on March 9th, 2022. I called billing and left a voicemail (March 8th, 2022) and they returned my call a few hours later. The woman on the phone said she would talk to the provider and call me back confirming that it had been canceled I did not receive another recall that day, the next day I called back and was transferred back and forth to multiple people to be given a number to leave a message with the same person who never returned my call to begin with. I left another voicemail on March 9th, 2022 asking for a return call for not only a quick resolve in this matter but also an explanation as to how someone who has not been a client for over *********************************************************************************************************************************************** to be destroyed. It is now March 10th, 2022 and I have not heard anything else on their end. I am just very concerned about the whole situation as I do not understand how this could have happened. Thank you for your time and consideration and any help you may be able to contribute.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The **** was due back in the beginning of March. I fear they are not working to resolve this as I have already contacted and communicated with multiple people in this business and they said they would call me back to confirm that the wrongful charge has been cancelled. I have yet to receive such a call. All of this took place in the beginning of March and we are now approaching April. I fear this is being severely mishandled by this company and next I will be receiving a collections notice over this.

      Hello,

We have looked into this, and this claim was submitted from our agency under the wrong client's account.  This claim has since been reversed with the above client's insurance and will be removed from her account.  We apologize for the error.

Please let me know if you need any further information from us.

      Thank you.

After receiving multiple invoices for services obtained by Northeast Health Services, each with different dates and different amounts; I decided to reach out to get a cumulative total in charges so that I may only have to submit one payment/check. I called the billing department on at least three separate occasions (unfortunately I do not have the exact dates), leaving detailed messages each time. On January 10th, I finally decided to bypass the billing department and call the office directly to get my bills resolved. I was informed by the office manager, *******, at the ********** ** office, that she could not see the amount owed because my bills were sent to collections. I was NEVER given any notice that I was going to be sent to collections. Had that occurred, or had the office simply returned any of my phone calls, the bills in question would have been promptly paid. This is completely unacceptable business practices and I need help getting this resolved ASAP to avoid having any black marks on my credit history.
