I am seeking the repair and replacement of my fence and gate that was damaged during a perc test on April 7, 2023. The damage was estimated at $3,147.57. This estimate was already provided to Soares. The damage was discussed in various emails that can be provided upon request. In emails it states that parts were being ordered and it would be fixed/replaced prior to a septic installation. This was not done. In addition, I am seeking the replacement of another gate and fence that was removed during installation. This gate and fence was supposed to be replaced at the end of the septic installation. This was not done. At this time, I want all gates and fencing involved to be fixed and/or replaced.Business response

A fence company was hired to take care of this once our job was completed. The time span between a perc test and septic installation is normally a few months because of town procedures and permitting. We did not feel it would be logical to repair anything until all our work was completed on the property. We feel this was taken care of in a timely and efficient fashion considering we outsourced to get the job done correctly.Customer response
