      01/20/2022

      Good morning,

Thank you for reaching out with complain.

Customer ************************* purchased **** Chevrolet Impala on 11/13/2021.

at the time of purchase vehicle had code for EVAP leak, which was disclosed to the customer, prior purchase. after registration was done, vehicle was inspected with 0 issues.

Customer brought the car at service for check over, at 1st place we found issue related to fuel level sensor, which was replaced free of charge and at the time vehicle was at the shop, customer had loaner car. 2nd time small Evap leak was found and reason was ******** cap, which was replaced free of charge.

customer called with issue related to a "huge leak from fuel tank" and we ask him to tow the car over or bring it over ASAP, he managed to do that after TWO WEEKS of communication.

when the vehicle was at our shop facility, we performed smoke test to verify if there is any leaks. we couldn't find any leak and documented video.

besides that, as of right now vehicle has code for purge valve. which cost $80 and replacement shouldn't exceed 2 hour labor, my service manager explained that this issue is NOT covered by the lemon law, currently vehicle is NOT covered due to 60 day term is exceeded. However we offered to the customer resolution, we will fix this issue and he will be only responsible for $100 deductible.

Thank you for reviewing. Let me know if you need anything in order to resolve the issue.
