BE CAREFUL: I made a purchase at the ***********, Fl location of Curaleaf on Mariner and used a debit card. When I got into my car i noticed that there should have been $7.80 change. i went back in and asked about my change and the girl (********) said "Oh, I forgot" and started giggling about it. I mentioned that scamming people was a nice gig which made her laugh more. I asked for the manager and she said she and another person were managers and at that point they both started laughing at me in front of other customers. I've never been embarrassed at Trulieve or Surterra, they operate with class. I'm a Senior, retired Professional and Disabled Veteran and do not deserve to be treated this way.Review from Claudino D

Curaleaf is a dishonest company! On August 12th, 2024 I ordered a balm/lotion and one of your edible gummies that was on a Monday sale from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary. When I arrived I was told that the system was down. No Problem I responded, to which one of your employees told me All of the marijuana dispensaries are down. Im assuming she thought I was immediately going to the Springville marijuana dispensary I was. Im sure this was something she was told to tell customers. As I drove away I decided to zoom over to The Forest and sure enough it was open! Ha! What a joke So does that mean Curaleaf pharmacist, manager, or whatever told her to inform MEDICAL CUSTOMERS the ********************** is closed. Why would that be? I have had so many issues with the Provo location. Its just one issue after another, after another. Nothing directly from the employees who pull and distribute the marijuana. They are great Its always disrespectful behavior from a pharmacist. Either way I want Curaleaf to know how many customers they have lost and how many they will lose. I for one will never set foot in the ***** location ever again. The apparent-promoted-dishonesty from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary was the final straw! I live less than a quarter mile away from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary and I will travel to *********** from now on. I will also tell all of my friends and colleagues to avoid this location. People with chronic-pain shouldn't have to put up with the level of disrespect Curaleaf dishes out.Review from Sean K

Curaleaf is an invasive consent violation company, that operates like international telephone scammers.I have tried contacting the company repeatedly to stop harassing me through my telephone and they have refused communication to all correspondences from me, and when I have filed a BBB report on them, with the resolution of a request from the company, they refused to even respond to the BBB report/claim.They are harassing me by continued unwanted and non-consensual text messages to me with links to follow for some kind of promotional materals.I have thus far blocked between 60 - 75 telephone numbers they have used, and they continue to generate new telephone numbers to harass me with.They refuse to stop since acquiring my personal information (I have medical condition where I need medical marijuana, and have visited their store in ***************), they continue to harrass me and violate my privacy, and personal comfort level and consent.They make me feel unsafe, and stalked.Review from Courtney R

Every location will tell you something different , westmont,** location is the worst.The manager is incredibly rude and dismissive, blonde hair , gold rimmed glasses like that one serial killer , greaseball.Review from Michael H

*****, the ******** manager, got in my face , accusing me of staring at him...during a conversation. He was really aggressive, wide eyed. My girlfriend and I were just trying to submit a complaint against an employee who was following us, staring at us from the checkout line. He just turned around what our complaint was about, and used it to deny our respect as human beings. This behavior from employees is commonplace. My girlfriend asked about the *** percentage and an employee lied and said the wrong number. The labels show in accurate *** percentages. Nobody cares at this location, they deny everything and protect friends. I'd just begun talking with the harassing employee, gently reminding him that we just wanna get our product in peace, when this belligerent employee screamed at us, and interrupted. We've been banned from the store just because we had complaints. Take your business to fine fettle,we've never encountered a problem there. They offer curbside.Review from Desaun A

During my shift today at Curaleaf midtown three songs were played over the store speakers while I was fulfilling my job assignment as the host for the day.Three Songs were played, one at 8:59 am, another at 9:15 am, the last one that I caught played at 9:34 am.The word "Nigger" is being used abundantly in these three songs that are played.Being that management made it very clear that this type of behavior is extremely unacceptable, after I came to her once before about a similar incident that occurred July 27th,2022. I can't help but feel like I'm being targeted, because these events are happening while she is not present, and I am the only person on the team that these types of incidents effect immediately. It paints a picture of me that is not who I am or what I stand for and believe in. I am very embarrassed and hurt and ashamed to come into work every day and have to be harassed and humiliated like this time and time again. Due to the overwhelming feeling of humiliation, I was not able to complete my shift I'd like to take this time and highlight another incident that occurred during my shift Saturday November 1 9th, 2022 at approximately between the hours of 11 am and 1pm where leadership again allowed for prejudice and humiliating actions to go unnoticed as a customer can be seen selling homemade jewelry to leadership on shift at the time and to another budtender right before she yells out "That Colored Girl" while referring to a black women that used to work at the store some time ago. Every single person that was on the floor in that moment heard and acknowledged that she said what we all had heard yet no one made any corrections or attempts to, as I (Current Employee and a black woman who sat in seat 1 waiting to be seen wore the embarrassment and shame as this lady completed her transactions and left peacefully.Of course after filing complaints with HR no one followed up with me And I was met with complete disrespect from management until I quit.Review from Alexander L

Very disappointed with this Curaleaf in *********** as it used to be such a pleasure to do business with but this past experience has ultimately pushed me from wanting to do any more business with them as its clear they do not focus on the patient.We are just customers to them and they DO NOT CARE.
