Was told my check-up exam and x-rays are covered once per year per my insurance. I was billed in the amount of $105.14 for these services. I received a final notice before collections today, without any prior notice received at my address via mail or any other form of communication. I spoke to someone at the office and they hung up on me stating that they prefer customers to call in and that they would take care of it. I didn't receive any other sort of confirmation stating they would actually take care of it as they said.Business response

On 8-14-23 & 8-25-23 I had a root canal and crown installed. I paid out of pocket at time of service ******. According to the insurance I overpaid ******. I called 3 times for a refund of the amount I overpaid on 10-17-23, 10-24-23, and 11-27-23. Each time they have the same excuse, of the insurance has not closed out the claim, and their computers are not working properly. I have the *** 's from the insurance proving the claims have been paid and closed out. Which I have provided Aspen Dental on 10-17-23. Still, they refuse to refund the amount I overpaid.Customer response
