They delivered the decking with a different color. They said the sun would fade it so I waited a few weeks. It has been several months now and they have not offered to replace with same color.Business response

Here is my response to ************** claim on the decking .... I have attached the response that I sent to the ******** Services when ************* did the charge back for the dock....he did repay on 8/20/22.
I would like to add one point that ************** spoke with the dock installer on the day the second order was installed when he noticed the shade difference in the decking. **** asked ******* the dock installer, to put the new pieces in the shade where the difference would not be noticeable...

I am rejecting this response because: I never asked the installer to put the decking in the shade. ******* made the recommendation because it would be easier for them to remove the decking at the beginning of the dock. He called **** and said that there was a clear difference in color and she said that she might have to replace all the decking to make it match. **** didn't want to sell the other decking as used because she would lose money. They could have done the right thing but they didn't because it would cost them more money than fighting with me over replacing.

I did not offer to replace all the decking. I am sorry that the decking was purchased in two different years, but I cannot replace all the decking for *************** I have talked again with the distributor and it is his opinion the decking will fade in the sunlight and the two orders will look closer in color.

I am rejecting this response because: The decking was not ordered in 2 different years. That is a complete lie. I ordered the 2nd piece the same day as the main section was installed. The 2nd piece was installed 6 weeks later. I haven't even owned the property for 2 years.
