I would not recommend taking your car to the west Springfield location. My daughter brought her car there for a catalytic converter and new sensors back at the end of Aug 2021. We paid 1700 for the parts and labor. we knew it was going to be pricey, but we didn't mind paying since this business is accredited by the better business bureau. Well in feb/march of 2022 the o2 sensor .had to be replaced again. they said sometimes this happens which I can understand. So again her check engine light came on 6/7/2022. she brought the car to our mechanic to be evaluated. the computer said that the catalytic convertor was bad if fact it was falling apart. Our mechanic brought it to them to be replaced. It was ciovered under warranty but if they were using quality parts from the beginning this would never had happened. On the 1st bill the price for the converter that we paid for the part alone was 799.99. on the warranty paper we got back yesterday the part is only listed at 349.99 how is that even possible. I'm pretty sure this is partly to do with the fact that my daughter is young and doesn't have knowledge about cars, she truly was taken advantage of. Shame of Spartan

We consider this review unjustified and completely without merit. This vehicle had it's catalytic converter cut out and stolen in August 2021, damaging the exhaust system. We helped this vehicle get their vehicle back in service quickly using our exhaust expertise. Months later, an oxygen sensor we had installed on this vehicle failed. We replaced this sensor without charge under our warranty policies. Recently, 10 months after the original installation, the catalytic converter we installed failed. We replaced this part without charge under our warranty policies. We do not manufacture the vehicle parts we install but do use a network of suppliers that provide us with quality replacement parts that come with extended warranties. In this case, we installed two parts into this customer's vehicle that later failed. We replaced both without charge to the vehicle owner the same day the vehicle was returned to us. We have warrantied all of our services for nearly 70 years and will continue to do so. In this case, the vehicle owner returned to our facility with problems with parts we had installed on the vehicle. We replaced these faulty parts without charge to the vehicle owner immediately with no questions ask. What else should we have done?
