April 2, 2021 - Contacted Greg from Master's Concrete. Set up a visit for the following week. April 8 - Met and spoke about driveway design April 22 - Asked to reschedule until the spring. October 8 - Contacted Greg and set up an appointment for October 20 October 20 - Greg and an associate came by, we discussed the demolition and design of the new driveway. We signed a proposal, work was to begin the following week. I gave Greg a deposit/ check for approximately 1/3 the cost - $4000.00 October 29 - Contacted Greg about why they didn't start on schedule. Was told that it would be the following week. November 2 - Asked about where they were and was told that another job was still in progress November 10 - Contacted Greg again and was told that he would call me after lunch. He did not. November11, 22 (2x), and 29 - Contacted Greg and did not receive any response - via text or phone. December 1 - Contact with BBB.
