Date of purchase 4/28/2023 Total $3057 Deposit $830 When I purchased furniture I was told 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. We are at 8/7/23 and every time I call I am quoted 2 weeks. Been calling since 7/1/23. Alex the owner was nothing but rude on phone and instead of trying to make it right just kept threatening to keep my deposit. That is no way to treat a customer that has spent that kind of money.Business response

Customer was told verbally and in writing at the time of sale it would take 2-4 months for the furniture to arrive. 1/2 the of the order is here. The rest is arriving to us tomorrow 8/22/23. Home delivery is available as soon as 8/24. This is within the 4 months quoted. We have a 30% restocking fee for custom special order furniture as it cant be returned to the manufacturer. We will contact the customer tomorrow to schedule the home delivery. I attached a signed copy of the invoice stating the 2-4 months time.Customer response
