  July 17, 2023, was the day the trees in my back yard were cut down. There was a miscommunication between the tree service and me. I messaged him, which I have on my cell phone. I asked him to not cut down a tree that was on my neighbor's property, our trees are trees that border our properties. He agreed to not cut down the tree. He then stated later he did cut down the tree because it was easier access. He never asked my permission to change plans to cut the tree down. I hired him to cut down three trees, Maple trees and I assumed grinding the stumps was part of the service, he never said otherwise. So. the complaint is he cut a tree down without my permission, reneged on a previous agreement to not cut down tree. He told me in a text grinding was not part of agreement, but he cut down and grinded another tree. He says the tree that did not get grinded has a rock between the tree trunks. I've lived at my residents for 24 years and never saw rocks between trunk of trees. I want to be compensated for tree he decided arbitrarlily to cut down without my permission, it was the neighbor's responsibility, not mine. They got a tree cut down with me paying for it, without my permission. Plus, I want him to finish the job by grinding the stumps that he left. Sincerely, *****************************
