I ordered a golf bag from the company on-line on March 17, 2022. I paid ****** cents for the bag and for it to be embroidered with my name. I sent an email to the company on 04-01-22 to ask why it was taking so long to get the bag shipped. I received an email back stating that the bag would not be in stock until 05-21-22 and then would be shipped two weeks after this for the embroidery. I then sent them an email on 04-14-22 to tell them if they cannot get the bag to me sooner than that I might as well cancel the order and order it from some other company. I told them I would like to track the bag to ensure it is being sent, embroidered, and the order is being fulfilled. I have not heard any reply from them and today is 04-16-22. I have called them three to four times and their telephone no. is not in use. Then I went to look them up on Better Business Bureau and found out that a customer filled a complaint with them recently on the same allegation; He ordered a bag, did not get it after two to three months, called them and got no answer, and then checked with the owner of the piece of land where they are supposed to be [9 ****************************************************************], only to be told by the landlord that there is no-one working out of this place. I need to get my money back and cancel the order as they are not responsive, do not allow customers to reach them [as they have no telephone line that works], and do not answer their customers concerns.
