On 4/6/2024, I made a deposit hold for $1000 for a 2024 Honda Passport EXL in Sonic ******************* with Nucar Honda Westford with ******************* and manager ****. They still needed to confirm that the vehicle was available as it was offsite with a shipment/storage facility in *************** and would let me know on Monday. Turns out the vehicle was already sold and never truly in their possession. My deposit did not hold anything for me. I continued car shopping. On 4/9/2024, I asked for the refund. It should have only been a hold. I have been calling to get my refund that has been promised back to me. It is now 4/17/24 with no refund found. I usually get forwarded to their voicemail inboxes now since the operator has already pointed out my name/phone number for caller ID. **** told me that they couldn't process returns on their end and that it needed to go through "Corporate". I have spoken with Honda Corporate who had no record of a deposit (Dealership is an independent). After a call with ****, he said they did not have the correct credit card number for me, which I gave and then he explained it was Nucar Corporate. That last conversation was 4/12. There is still no refund and no one is returning my calls.
