Approximately one month ago, I took my 2016 Cadillac ATS, which has around ******* miles, to Colonial Cadillac Woburn for an oil change, inspection, and tire sensor replacement. Prior to this visit, my car was running perfectly. On the first day after retrieving my vehicle, I noticed a significant leak in my garage. Mistakenly believing it to be engine oil, I returned the car to Colonial Cadillac Woburn. They diagnosed the issue as a loose oil gasket and claimed to have fixed it. However, the leak persisted.Upon calling them again, I mentioned that the engine fan continued running even when the engine was off. They then realized it was a coolant leak and instructed me to fill the coolant tank with water to prevent engine damage while driving it back for further inspection.Their technician identified a crack in the coolant hose, which they attributed to external force. Despite this, the service manager insisted the damage was due to aging and refused to cover the repair costs. Consequently, I was charged $673.00 for replacing the coolant hose and tank.Given that my car is a 2016 model with relatively low mileage for its age, I find it highly unlikely that the coolant hose and tank would fail due to aging. I believe the damage was caused during the initial maintenance performed by Colonial Cadillac Woburn and therefore, they should be responsible for the repair costs.Initial Complaint

On 10/12/21 I purchased a used ***** Pilot Touring from Cadillac Colonial. I test drove the car alone, it sounded & rode great. When I picked up the car, I was told that they put on a 1 year extended warranty due to waiting on parts to repair the bushings. As I was driving home, I had a passenger in the front seat & noticed that the car was making a horrible noise every time there was a ***** **** didn't feel too secure. I called the dealership right away & spoke to my sales rep & explained what I was experiencing, & he told me he should have clarified it needs lower control arms, bushing & struts & that's why the extended warranty was in place should anything else occur while they waited to receive the parts. He ensured me it was safe to drive. I took his word for it. The more I drove the car the less safe I felt driving it especially with my kids in it. I took the car to **************** in **** on 11/3/21 to have it checked to make sure it was safe to drive. They informed me that the car should not have received an inspection sticker, the lower control ************* needed to be replaced but the bigger problem was my rear differential was covered in fluid due to a broken seal. I was informed the car should not be driven until fixed. I was never told about the bad seal by Colonial. I called my sales rep right away he told me to bring it in. They were able to repair it & had the other parts to repair the other stuff. When the car was returned to me I noticed the window was scratched, the touch up paint job on the door they were supposed to repair looked worse than before & my car started to make another noise every time I would break. I called & said at this point I no longer wanted the ********** told me they had 3 times to make it right. I laid out what my expectations were of the repairs they agreed & the next day called me back to say they wanted to buy the car back from me. I am looking for the $300 for the window tint & $148 for ***** to inspect it.
