Horrific health coverage! Everything I tried to arrange (mammogram, dental cleaning, etc.) is NOT COVERED as their salesperson promised to cover. I added dental and vision and my salesperson said that my existing dentist was “in network” and is covered…BIUT IT WAS NOT! My dentist, my women’s hospital both tried calling in to verify that procedures were covered or not…and they waited on the phone for 30 minutes only to find out I WAS NOT COVERED. This is a ***** Thank goodness I only paid for this insurance for 4 months before I qualified for Medicare. I can’t fathom having a catastrophic health event with this company’s terrible customer service! Scam. It should be SHUT DOWN. Do not sign for this health “care” plan. You are wasting your money…and it is dangerous to have such horrific coverage and customer service.

I called to cancel my insurance on the date before it started to automatically renew. They denied my called, denied my email and continued to charge me. I finally got it cancelled at the same month they charged, and they said it won't be refunded due to the insurance will be active for the end of that month which is stupid because I already got my new insurance. What a rip off!! Customer service was bad and unprofessional. This is my first time with this company. Never again!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE INSURANCE CO. I WAS PAYING $580 monthly for 3 (alleged family plan) that was accepted everywhere in NY and that was false. I had to call several times to tell them stop deducting the monthly payments since it was cancelled. Finally went thru my bank to block them and get my refund. I'm reporting them to BBB bc this insurance company is fraudulent

This is the WORST insurance company!! They are VERY rude from the reps to the managers! They only care about getting your money and NOT the needs of the insured. I've never been treated or talked to the way I have with this company....nothing but DISRESPECT! I am the type of person who does not call any company if I can fix the issue by going through their app BUT this company needed a phone call EVERY TIME! I decided to cancel because I got tired of arguing with them and getting nowhere. I didn't even want to give this company 1-star but I could not post my review without selecting at least 1-star but really it deserves 0-stars! From someone who knows good health insurance is important, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They do not provide what they say they do. I cancelled this insurance within a week of receiving it. Maybe less. They stated my money, over $900, will be fully refunded. Stated it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund. It's been 14 days! I called to find out where my money is. They stated that they have no record of me cancelling it. I even provided them with the name of the person I spoke with. With nothing else to do, they submitted a cancellation again and told me it it would be up to 15 days to be refunded. REALLY? Because of them, I am now overdrawn. I do have my bank involved to dispute the payment. Luckily, they are willing to help me out the best they can. It certainly doesn't help my current situation though.

Stay away from first health network They don't cover anything catscans mri colonoscopys etc. I tried so many times to contact them about what my plan covered got nothing just the runaround game being hung up on directed to people who could not help me put on hold for ever and then the call gets dropped A nightmare all the way around STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

I paid for a plan through First Health Network/MedFirst in December 2023 at a price of $855 per month - cancelled in August 2024. When it came time to use it, they covered $0. Their customer service is non-existent and I constantly received the run around and transferred back and forth as no one knew anything. BEWARE! Do not purchase anything from this company - all they do is take your money and do not cover anything!

WARNING!!! Do not purchase so called health insurance from this supposed health insurance provider. This might be a **** to take money from people and provide no coverage. It’s almost impossible to actually speak with someone, they may not call back if you leave a message, nor do they process claims quickly or send EOB statements without a huge fight. I would have given them a minus 1 if the option was available. Some government agency should investigate them and close them down if you ask me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I got a plan for 1 month for my 10 year old daughter as her plan she was on from her mother passing was ended and i had 1 month before open enrollment through my work plan. I never received and insurance cards or any notification. Was unable to recall the name of the company and could find no info. no mail to my house they claim they sent an email but there were none in my email or my spam. In January of 2024 my daughter went onto my health plan and they continued charging my card until i stopped payment on the card innJuly. They finally called today a woman named Rachel ***** demanding payment. She basically said i don’t care what your problems are we need our money. I asked a bunch of questions about the name of the company, her name, is it normal for them to send is cards to policy holders, do they only email if cards, etc…. she put me on hold for less than 20 seconds got back on and said i just listened to 2 recorded phone calls where you acknowledged having the policy…..Total lies it was one phone call when i signed up. I actually took my daughter to the doctor that month and paid out of pocket. I tried asking her a question and she shouted at restating we are not refunding the months that you paid. so replied with ,” i never asked you to refund my money.”. She changed her tune immediately and said i’m happy to stop future payments. have a great day etc. apparently they operate under Data Solutions, innovative partners, and first health network. She couldn’t give me any answers as to where the email came just that she has confirmation i received it but not sure which of the 3 companies emailed it. And she had recording available. scam artists that take your cc info and run it until you catch on and make it impossible to cancel and recoup money. i’m not strapped for money thankfully but they should get locked up for the financial crimes they do to people. despicable

I paid $700 a month for this insurance for my family. You cover nothing on Long Island. The phone numbers that have been given to us are for people who no longer work in the practice or long longer take this insurance. You should be ashamed working for a **** company. With the money I have paid I could pay for my children's insurance out of pocket at the specialists. An agent claimed to be through the government. If I could sue you, i would. Do NOT fall for this *****  Give me my money back, you've covered none of my doctor bills
