They are sending me mail and I told them on July 9th to remove my name and address off of their list and if they send me any more mail I would consider harassment and follow a complaint with better business bureau today August 2nd I received another letter in the mail from them telling me that they want to buy my house and this is after I have told them to remove my name off their listBusiness response

Dear ***********, thank you so much for reaching out to us and providing us with constructive feedback. I'll reiterate here what I shared in my voicemail.. but we are very sorry for your experience with us. We received your first text and promptly took you off our direct mail list. We had just started trying direct mail, and this was our first month. Unfortunately, we had finalized our second month's list on the 4th of July (see attached note from our direct mail company) and you had texted us on the 9th of July, which lead to you getting that second piece of mail. To be honest with you, you weren't the first person to reach out and share how upset you were by the letter. It caught us off guard honestly, but after multiple people expressed their anger over this mail, we decided to cancel the entire campaign and all direct mail efforts. You will not receive any additional mail for us moving forward, and we are very sorry for the experience this has been for you.Customer response
