I went to this braid salon on 29 June after discovering their business. Since I'm new to the area, trying this business was strictly trail and error. I got my hair braided by two braiders, the first one was very aggressive and complained of my hair being too short and charged me a higher price. The second braider was extremely kind and gentle while braidings my hair. I had to mention to the braider with the aggressive personality that she was braiding my hair too tight and I could literally hear tearing of my hair. Long story short, I have not sleep in two days because I am in the worst excruciating pain and will need to remove the braids immediately. Secondly, the synthetic hair that was used is causing my face and scalp to break out with pimples. Some people have sensitive scalps and I have edges and healthly hair that I would love to keep. I have never been in so much pain and I have had surgery 3 times and the way my scalp feels is worse and uncomparable. In addition, their were other braiders arguing with the boss over the phone on speaker for everyone to hear. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. I want my $280 refunded. I had braids that I removed a day prior to going to this place and I did not experience such pain nor have I in the past. I am filing this at 3am because I am in pain!Initial Complaint

I went to Bray house on the 11th I purchased human hair from the beauty supply as instructed by the bright house the human hair was $240 I was "d a price of $270 for my hair to get done when I sat down in the chair for the lady to start doing my hair she said oh no no the price changes 300 I said why she said because the style you want to get is 300 I said OKI asked her to bring my hair in a brave pattern that will cover my Then edges She said OK when I'm done everything will be covered towards the middle of it I said Hey I want you to bring it in have the hair right here on the side braiding on the side this way she said OK I'll do it at the end of it she did not do it that way the braves were loose the hair looked horrible I complained to I complain to the manager she told me this is how I supposed to look it's fine don't worry about it I had plates sticking out of my hair with she tried to fill me without my permission I told her to stop Delete it do not post it sit now A-day or 2 later I see her posting that video on 3 different social media This is harassment and I want it to stop and I want my 300 back
