  On 4/23/2022 me and my friends had a birthday party at Euphoria night club. Two day before on 4/21/2022 my friend text the club number about obtaining a table for the 4 of us. He said the price is depending on what bottle of alcohol you buy. We asked what was the cheapest and he said they had a deal on circo for $100. We told him we would book for the circo. When we arrived the waitress came up to the table to get us the bottle and started speaking in Spanish. As I speak English I didn't understand her. The music was also very loud. I asked her to repeat what she said 3 times in English. She asked what bottle we wanted and I said Circo like we booked through text and she said okay and kept talking. I had to get her to repeat again twice. She offered me options and I said circo is fine. When we were ready to leave I asked for the check. She came back with a bill for 212.76 which is way more than $100 I was told. I flagged down another waitress and told her the issues and they took the bill. When they came back the waitress started arguing that she told me the options and I said berry. I told her I can not hear her well and we wanted what the text message said. We show her the text and she said we had to get coconut flavor to get the deal. I told her I didn't care what flavor I only wanted the deal we asked for and confirmed through text. She brought back another waitress who spoke better English and she said there was nothing they could do. As this was my friends birthday instead of making a scene, we left and I called during the week to get my refund and call my bank. When I called a women answered and I told her I wanted to speak to the owner or manager to resolve an issue. She said she could not give the number to me because it is a private number. I told her can she have them call me? She said she would try. I asked for the owners information and she said his name is Isaac and he lives in Florida and is opening another nightclub. As you can guess no call back.
