BUYER BEWARE: Oh November 21, 2022 we received a delivery of 2240 ft.² of Praia Carrera 24x24 porcelain pavers that we purchased from Stonelocator.com and the owner Leon *****, we thought he was giving us a good deal, even though he's very rough around the edges and can be rude at times. Personality quirks aside we gave them a chance and placed this very large order with an online dealer instead of our local dealer and now we are paying for it greatly with a mountain of damaged pavers that now sit on our driveway and the owner Leon ***** refusing to issue us a refund. We would highly recommend taking your money, elsewhere and buying locally but even if you buy online, we definitely recommend never even considering stonelocator.com.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/30) */ Mr. Eric ****** placed two large orders with us during the last 6 months, and both orders were delivered to him in excellent condition. He was very happy with the products and our services. The third order for 2,240 sq.ft. of pavers arrived in perfect condition also. When Eric opened the crates, he advised us that a lot of pavers had chips. We asked him to provide the exact count of chipped pavers so we can replace them. Eric told us first that ALL pavers were damaged. When we asked for the images of damaged pavers, Mr. ****** emailed us over 100 photos of the SAME EXACT ONE CHIPPED PAVER. Since Mr. ****** was unable to send us the legitimate images of damaged pavers to access the extent of the damage, we scheduled a formal Inspection of delivered material for Friday 12/02/2022. Based on the inspection results. Mr. ****** will be refunded for all damaged pavers as it was promised to him from day one. I hope this addresses your questions. Thanks Leon *****. It's good to see that the owner is no longer refusing to provide a refund for the damaged materials that were delivered, once they are inspected we should receive our refund and this issue should be settled.
