SARC - ** ***** **** ****** *** *** ********* and ** *** **** *** *** ********* Phone # ###-###-#### and Company email is ********************** I'm filing a complaint against the SARC AIP Coordinator Jenette ********** I was enrolled in the Domestic Violence Counseling Program. I had my first group session on Wednesday 3/1/23 . My first class someone in the group was playing harassing sounds in the background. They were playing train horns several times and the sound of Crickets. This is the kind of Harassment that I have been receiving from a court employee's friends to harass me. I have a group of my ex-girlfriends family members and friends who stalk me on a daily basis. They follow me around to every group that I'm involved in with the courts. They constantly try and provoke me with these sounds and intimidation. My grandfather killed himself on the train tracks and the thing with the Crickets has to do with having stds. Which they have made up several stories about me in attempt to turn everyone against me. I have several complaints about the same issues with the same court employee who is a relative of my ex girlfriend. Also, my ex girlfriends new boyfriends' family member works with the Bel Air Maryland SARC. I had my 2nd group counseling session on Wednesday March 8,2023. I was having the same issues again. This time someone was in the background playing the same Cricket noises. The group Counselor Mrs. Goodman also kept muting me before I could finish speaking and towards the end of the group, I was in the middle of talking to the group and congratulating another member for his last day. Then all of a sudden, I was kicked out of the group for no reason, I thought this was very ignorant. I was also very stressed out and upset because I'm tired of being harassed on a daily basis and treated badly by Government Agencies. So immediately after being rudely kicked out of the group. I sent the Program Coordinator Jenette ********* an email that stated. Hello, On a weekly basis whenever anything weird happens I'm going to be sending emails to document it. As my instructor was ending the group and I was talking, she ended the group for me so I couldn't finish. I have to do things like this because I need documentation. They also keep playing Crickets in the background which is a form of harassment that I received in other groups. Each week from here on out anything that isn't what I think is normal will be a complaint by me. I'm not going to engage in any of the stupidness but when the class effects my lively hood and freedom, I'm not gonna let the games continue without a email chain. Well today, March 10, 2023 Janette ********* sent me and email and told me I'm suspended. She wrote. Hi Mr. Anthony, The last emails you sent have created significant concerns about your current mental health status. The bizarre, illogical nature of the statements you made show evidence of significant mental health issues that must be addressed before you can resume attending group. Due to these concerns about your mental health and current stability, you are being temporarily suspended and your status is being put on hold. During this time, you are not allowed to attend any groups, nor will you be charged fees or accrue absences. If your mental health needs are not addressed with in 3 months. then you will be terminated from the program. Your current mental state makes you inappropriate for group at this time. I have copied your probation agent on this notification, and have also notified the clinical director of the issue. Sincerely, Janette ********* AIP Coordinator This woman has no legal right to be making claims about my mental state, I have several mental health evaluations and passed them all. She is not a licensed doctor to determine who needs mental health treatment. She is totally out of line and did this out of retaliation for me making a complaint. This issue could potentially cause me to violate my probation and I need to be reinstated immediately. I spoke to an attorney, and he said she can't legally do this.
