Betsy of Perfect Pixels Photography took photographs for our wedding on May 28, 2022. She was paid $615 for her photography services provided from 12:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M. We received edited photos of our wedding in July. My husband and I were disappointed when we reviewed the photos due to the fact that almost all of the edited photos were blurry, out of focus, over exposed, or under exposed. We attempted to contact Betsy 3 times to discuss our issues via phone call and left voicemails, but never received a call back. My husband texted Betsy on August 20, 2022 to try and discuss the photos and ask for a refund. Betsy's response was not only unprofessional, but outright insulting. She stated, "I have never seen a wedding so mismanaged And so unorganized." In addition she told us, "If you wanted a seasoned wedding photographer then that's who you should have hired." She also stated at we paid her $540 but she was paid $615. Lastly, she argued with us that we were not the ones who hired her and that my father did, which was false. Although Perfect Pixels Photography stepped in last at last minute (I was very thankful for) since my original photographer contacted COVID-19, I am very insulted by her response and her poor work quality. I am saddened at that fact that I will never have quality pictures of my wedding day.Business response

Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/09/22) */ I was contacted via text message by Betsy on 9/6/22. She stated, "After speaking with my business partner who just got back from Ireland, we will be refunding your money. We will deduct the cost of the USB port and travel time." We are still waiting for our refund from Betsy at this time. Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/10/03) */ Talked with Mary ***** through text at perfect pixels we take pride in all of our work, she did receive about 1,100 photos and 214 edited photos, we do not want any unsatisfied customers, we withheld Travel time to and from wedding, USB ports and processing, Mail check refund.
