On Monday, August 4, 2023 Scott Landscaping Services, LLC came out to residence to cut my grass. I was home at time they came and heard a loud noise. Once I heard the noise I walk thru my home to see where the noise came from. I walk down the stairs to my basement and saw that my patio door was damaged. The glass door was shattered. At this time they had already departed my residence. I text the owner and explained to him what. He said someone from the company would come out to do measurements on that Wednesday, August 6, 2023 at 6:30. He came and told me that it will take at least 3 weeks and someone will call me to install it. On Tuesday, August 29, 2023 I text the owner for an update. He text back said he will call me on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, and that didnt happen. I called the office that same day and left a voicemail and no one called back, I call on Friday,September 1, 2023, and was told that the door was order and was supposed to in last week. But he told me that they hope the door would be in this week. As of today Friday,September 8,2023, I still havent heard anything.Customer response

Greetings,My complaint has been resolved by Scotts Landscaping Services,LLC. They came out on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 10 a.m. They text me on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. Stating that they will be out to install my patio door at 9:00 a.m but came at 10:00a.m.Initial Complaint

In 3/2021, I hired scott Landscaping to give me a new lawn and landscaping (flowers, shrubs and flowers) and limb removal. On 3/13/2021, I paid Scott's $1500.00 for removal of tree limbs hanging over my roof. On 4/11/2021, I paid Scott $4000.00 for remaining landscape work. I was told by Scott that I would not have to do anything to the lawn after it was seeded. When the grass did come in it was sparse with lots of bare spots (see pictures). I called Scott to come out and correct this problem. Mr. Aurlio I*****, came out and told me that I needed to fertilize the lawn. This was not told to me initially. Initially I was shown a picture of a beautiful lawn and told that it was a picture of how my lawn would look. I was not told that I would have to do additional work to the lawn. Scott was also suppose to fill in a sunken area on my lawn. That area is starting to sink again. The flowers either did not bloom or died shortly afterwards. When Mr. E***** was contacted he was very unpleasant and suggested that the problem was my fault. It has taken me a while to report this because I was hoping that after fertilizing and watering the lawn all would be well. That has not happened. After paying Scott $5500.00 I expected beautiful landscaping. I have a lawn that looks like it needs to be landscaped. What a disappointment. I believe that Scott did not feel that they needed to give me the kind of service that they have given their other customers. This is sad but true.
