I booked a *************** ***** party for my two grandkids that states on their website March 17, 2023. I booked the tickets around 4:30pm March 16, 2023. They called me March 17, 2023 to tell me that the event was postponed due to renovations and they have been calling people since yesterday to let them know. The event was postponed 3 days ago yet you can still purchase tickets right now that say March 17, 2023. They will not give refunds. My grandchildren live out of state and they will not be here for the April 7th date. Why are they still selling tickets today that say March 17th and nothing about a date change on their website but will not give a refund? I have called and emailed and they just say no refunds. They are selling tickets still but there is no event today and it says today all over the website.
