Now that I have filed, what is the next step?
We have forwarded your complaint to the business for their response. We have asked the business to reply promptly, but some disputes may take longer than others to conclude. Please be patient as we work to ensure that your concerns are addressed.
What if I do not agree with the response from the business?
It is important for both parties to maintain realistic expectations and respond in a professional, fair and courteous manner. Our goal is for you and the business to be able to work towards an amicable solution. Since 11/14/22 I have been emailed by a different gmail account from "Bolt Estimating" every single day, sometimes more than once per day. I report and block the sender, but they use countless different gmail accounts. It is the same email every single time offering a service. I have called asking to be removed from their distribution list and nothing has changed. Based on their 47 one star reviews on google, I am not the only person receiving these relentless emails. They somehow found my second email address and have begun attacking that one as well.Initial Complaint

This organization is not a real business. They are scammers. They spam multiple times a day to dozens of people in our company from multiple GMAIL addresses. Unsolicited spam and phishing email wasting my company resources to address. I will also be reporting it to all federal government agencies in hopes of getting the business shut down. I receive multiple emails from this company DAILY. They are always Gmail emails, but they all claim to work at Bolt Estimating. There are 2 different email addresses I receive, but they come from different people all claiming to be Bolt Estimating employees. We have received these emails for months now and there is no way to block them. I have responded to them asking to be removed from the list. I have reported the emails as phishing. This is getting ridiculous, and this company shouldn't be sending me any emails since I never contacted them. I will continue to report these as phishing. I have called their business phone and it goes to voicemail. I receive these from them daily.
