I am not satisfied that the service I asked for wasn't completed. I asked for 35% and have 32.8% on my windows. Per my conversation on May 15, Kay informed me that I didn't need to sign a contract. I recall asking to send a portion of my service fee and Kay insured me that this company was a well known tint shop. Also, when I dropped my vehicle off, it was clear that I was going out with my family. The same person that I handed my keys to, was the person who gave me my keys back. I am not responsible for this company's negligence to complete the whole process. I didn't sign any documents or was infomed that I would receive a receipt. Not to mention how rude the receptionist was when I started to explain my situation.Business response

CCK & *** ****** ******* have resolved our misunderstanding and we believe she is completely satisfied. We actually spoke by phone again on 11/8/22 and she stated that she would contact the BBB directly to let them know that this matter has been resolved.
