On 12 April, 2022 I placed and order for some seafood online. The total for this order was approximately 124.94 USD. Included with that price was for 2 day shipping through UPS. I received an email that my order received and shipped the following day. The expected order tracking said it would arrive on Thursday to my address. The package did not arrive. I received another email advising me the package would arrive on Friday instead. I called Linton's seafood to find out what was going on with the order (Invoice # *****. Transaction ID: 43327143015. The clerk that answered the phone said the business office was not open until 12 noon, to just call back. I called back and was told that the business was closed until Monday. I received another email saying that the package would arrive on Saturday. I advised the clerk that these were perishable item and if they did not arrive by Friday, that I would not accept any package from there on. He advised that if they did not arrive call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and no one answered the phone. This business is open Mon- Sat from 9:30 AM-7 PM. I attempted to call several times and no answer. I am requesting a full for 124.94. On Saturday UPS attempted to deliver the package with the possible perished items and I refused the package and request that they return it to the sender. The package was to be delivered to me by Thursday instead of Saturday.Business response
