I ordered 3 pizzas online. I accidentally hit American cheese by mistake. I didn’t want the American cheese but my family tried to eat it despite my error. It was horrible! There was barely any sauce on the pizzas. I called, complained and was told I would have to bring the pizzas back to get a full refund. I brought the pizzas back 15 minutes later and spoke to two employees who said the owner wasn’t there. That too was a lie, as I seen the owner by the sink in the back and she stared me down as I walked out. I was told I would get a refund in a few days, pending my bank. It’s been a few months, with several messages to the establishment. This isn’t my first run in with this business. I had other issues and still gave this place chances to correct their behavior. I want my refund this time. I was promised a refund in a prior incident and never received it. I am not letting this one pass through. The owner is very rude, in every situation I have encountered with her. Her employees that handled the situation that night were very professional and the sad/disturbing fact that she/the owner, was listening from the sink in the back and never once came to rectify the situation, shows what type of leader she is.
