My children and I went to The polar express train 12/16/22. The program was poorly run. The train was freezing cold and very loud, we couldn't hear the story being read. The Santa clause was rude to his elf and never spoke to the children. I posted a review on ****** and **** replied and bullied me into thinking my feelings weren't valid. I called the establishment twice before posting a review. I sent an email after seeing the reply, still no one contacted me. Later in the day on 12/17 I received an email that said I have been refunded. I have checked my account several times and called my credit card company and there is no evidence of a refund. I have tried to call several times and sent another email today 12/22 hoping for a reply with nothing once again.Business response
