I placed an order since March 24th and I have to receive my order. Ive emailed this company multiple times no response. *** spent way too much money. How am I supposed to get my money back or package if Im not getting a response. I feel like this is a scam at this point. You cant comment or mention them on IG like there is absolutely no way to get a response. This is ridiculous. Please help.Review from Chaquita R

Yes I place an order in March have not received my order yet. I have reached out to the company and sent a email have not heard anything for them I spent too much money with this company for not to have my order. I ask for refund never got a response they wont return any emails back so how I supposed to get my money back Im thinking this company is running a scam. Thats why I hate supporting black own business. Just because stuff like this very unprofessional Business !!!!Review from Jemina R

I placed an order on 4/22/24. Todays date is 5/27/24. I have yet to receive, let alone updates pertaining to my order. Several emails have been sent , no response.Do not be fooled. Do not order from Benton 1988 neither locations. This is a scam or just bad business owners.Review from Sakiya h

This lady is a scammer . Advertises a $20 sale bet never ships anyones order. Does not reply to emails, and deletes all the negative comments off instagram . I ordered over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive anything. Lock this lady up !Review from Stephanie H

Purchased in March no merchandise poor customer service thy dont respond an its hard to get refund unless u paid thru pay pal got two refunds back purchase thru chime 200$ they denied my refund but I wont stop until my monies are refunded an she still running the 20 dollar sake she needs to be STOPPED ASAP!!Review from Kenesha A

I have reached out numerous times at this point, via email, even instagram and to no avail Ive never received a response.I placed an order for items in which she was running a sale back on march 24th. It is now April 25th i dont have the goods, the order still says unfulfilled and they are not responding.I looked at the faqs and read to give the order up to 21 business days-which is excessive. Ive done that and still dont have my items yet they have my money.Im disappointed that i even have to go this route to get your attention.Now i plan to take matters into my own and check and see if my bank can help me in retrieving my funds back.Review from Kaneisha T

My name is *************************. I placed the order over a month ago. I got the tracking number I track it. It just keeps saying label printed product not received. I have emailed this company over and over. I never get a phone call back. I received a sorry code for future purchases that doesnt work. The business is horrible. I spent $300 on the flash sale every item $20. And now a month later the site still saying flash sale $20 but I have yet to receive my order for business so my star rating if its possible would be a zero.
