I ordered air filters online at allergyfilterdepot.com on July 25 at 7 am. According to their website the goal is to ship filters out within 24 hours. I emailed customer service on Wednesday July 27, and have not received a response. My payment of 111 dollars has been debited from my account and no word from customer service or email indicating filters have shipped. Have I been scammed? I will contact my bank regarding the transaction if no information is forthcoming. Thank you BBB for any help you might provide. ***** *********Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/08/03) */ On July 30 my email asking for info on my order was replied to. Business indicated the filters were on a lengthy back order. I replied to ask for a cancellation of the order and refund, which the business agreed to and as of August 3 I have received the refund in my account. I consider the matter closed. Thank you BBB of greater Maryland for your help.
