On June 15th 2022 I took my 2013 Chevy Captiva to Williams Chevrolet in Elkton MD due to car turning off while being operated on June 22nd 2022 my car was returned to me with problems still occurring also breaks making screeching sounds in smoking on the right wheel passenger side on July 18th I went to pick it up again same problem was not giving my car back until August 9th still have the same problem 1 on January 2nd 2023 I received my car with the insides being completely covered with mold was told to leave my car there and they would do a full detailing came back it still was mold they had to do it overnight and keep it for two days play spent over $2000 half with the car company and providing myself with rentals before they were providing me with rentals for the time being now January 10th 2023 I have gave him my car back on the 9th of January 2023 because of the same problems was promised a rental was not called back with a rental and have had to call off work plenty of times and paid for ubersBusiness response

Williams Chevrolet service assisted the customer with the brake repair extended warranty company only paid for brake caliper we absorbed the difference on pads and rotors. When the Captiva returned smoking but a different repair needed. When a car was available a courtesy car was given to the customer at no charge. Full detail provided at no charge note windshield is cracked and possible other contributing factors to a water leak no work was done in those areas. Now we have intermittent stull condition we are repairing at no charge for the customer courtesy is being provided by the dealer.
