I have been scammed out of $12,000 from InventHelp I am calling out of the Baltimore **** **** office and no one is answering immediately after signing with Invent help they asked me to go on Google and do a good review so that they could get more people. There is a class-action lawsuit in court right now against Invent help. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ********* They have been lying to me and hundreds maybe even thousands of people out of there money across the states they lied to get me to sign that contract with no workable phone number no way to get in contact with them closed just like hundreds and thousands of made-up companies in their databank to promise clients of services then when you call they answer like they doing work and not and to add the client service departments they are rude obnoxious and disrespectful and like to keep you brushed off with the lies that they carry to me as a client I asked for a meeting with the vice president Nora and she disrespectfully told me what quoted are you coming to Philadelphia Pennsylvania for me and I answered why do I have to do that when it's Zoom meeting that I can schedule for Ince that conversation ended I immediately called you and this is after several attempts to get further information why I have been scammed out of $12,000. I hope you received this promptly. I need help to get my money back for the lies and deceitfulness that InventHelp is doing to people. I need my money back immediately after I have paid in full. This business is not BBB accredited.

We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint.

Nearly five years ago this complainant contracted for a two-year services for the assistance in submitting her invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. According to our records, her services have been completed in accordance with her contract.

The complainant's claim that the companies to whom we have submitted her invention information to for review are closed or out of business is unfounded and unfair. We have had multiple conversations with this complainant recently regarding her allegations and have provided her with copies of her company submission reports per her request. We have completed her services in their entirety and in fact, provided additional services beyond her contracted services as a courtesy.

Additionally, this complainant received several company responses as a result of our efforts and we provided her with notification regarding these responses for her records.

Now, at this late date to request a refund for services she received is unreasonable.
