On 4/29/2022 I went to the Doctor Phone Kiosk in the Hagerstown Valley Mall. I asked if the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was repairable. I was told that it was and that I should come back in two hours. I returned two hours later and was told that they did not have the correct phone screen but would have it by noon the following day. During this time my phone functions in regards to taking calls even with a broken screen. I return to the mall on 4/30/2022 and provide my phone. I am told to come back in an hour. I return in an hour, the phone now appears to be functioning. As I am leaving the mall, I discover that the phone is no longer making or receiving calls. I go back to the kiosk and explain the problem. He takes my phone back and tells me to return in 30 minutes to an hour. I return an hour later and I am told that my warranty does not cover the issue. I need to go to AT&T to get a new SIM card. I go to AT&T. I get a new SIM card. My phone then immediately fries this SIM card as I am driving home. This has not been an issue until this screen was put in using aftermarket parts provided by Doctor Phone. Hagerstown is a 45 minute drive. I cannot keep going back to this place everyday and arguing with the cashier that the current problem is their doing.
