On 9/27/2022 I purchased 2 veggie burgers and onion rings via the burgerfi app for $26.89. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order. I called the store and the person who answered the phone stated we are all out of veggie burgers so we gave you something else. At which time I asked for a refund. The manager stated I needed to bring the food back to get my refund. when I asked to speak to him the person took my number a stated Ihe would call me back. He never did so I called the next day. He told the person who answered the phone he would send me an email. After several days without any communication, I contacted corporate both via phone and email with no response. on 10/1/2022 I stopped in the store and the manager refuse to come from his office but merely stated "give him a veggie burger." which was not ideal since I was on my way to a family dinner nearby. I asked for my refund and they refused.
